• Our wall hangings are carefully crafted with as many recycled materials as possible.
• Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Ordering & payment

• Orders are placed through our webshop.
• Payment is made securely using the provided payment methods.
• Your order is only final after payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days.
• We always communicate any delays.
• Shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

• You have 14 days to return your order, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
• Return costs are at your own expense, unless there is an error on our part.

7. Warranty

• Our products are made to last. If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or a refund.
• Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty.

8. Liability

• Loomi Club is not liable for damages caused by improper use of our products.
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
